Commercial Lighting provides a 5 year limited warranty for all products across our offered ranges. If the conditions below are fulfilled, Commercial Lighting will either repair or replace the products with new fully functional products.

 

1. Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to all LED products, purchased from and supplied by Commercial Lighting Systems Ltd. It is applicable to the purchaser of the product directly from Commercial Lighting Systems Ltd only.

2. What this Limited Warranty covers
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Commercial Lighting Systems Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use or maintenance.

3. Warranty Period
The Warranty Period for branded LED products purchased directly from Commercial Lighting Systems Ltd is 5 years from the date of purchase (except batteries which are covered for 3 years).

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

4. What this Limited Warranty does not cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• the removal or reinstallation of the product, nor any cost associated with the removal or reinstallation of the product during the repair/ replacement procedure.
• incidental and consequental damages during the repair/ replacement procedure (such as loss of revenue/ profit, damages to property and other miscellaneous costs not previously mentioned).
• any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

This Limited Warranty will not be valid if:

• the product has not been properly installed and operated within the electrical values, operating range and environmental conditions provided in the product specification.
• any repairs or alterations to the product are performed by persons not authorised by Commercial Lighting Systems Ltd since its purchase.

5. Warranty claims
All warranty claims are subject to Commercial Lighting Systems Ltd having access to the product for verification of non-compliance. All warranty claims must be reported to Commercial Lighting Systems Ltd within 30 days of discovery, specifying at least the following: details of the failed product, installation date, and detailed description of the problem.

 

Commercial Lighting Systems Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on the validity of any warranty claim.
