• Commitment to net zero through the implementation of solar and thermal energy sources, EV charging stations, bicycle schemes and electric vehicles for transportation. A continual assessment of upcoming technologies is made with the aim to further mitigate the company’s impact on the environment.

• Minimal Waste Policy consisting of heavily reduced hardcopy marketing literature, recycling print material as shredded packaging, reusing obsolete stock and continually evaluating operations to ensure they are as efficient as possible.

• Actively promote and incentivise a more cyclical approach to lighting systems with our flagship ReVive service, prioritising reusing existing products over replacing with new.

• Support local environmental charities and organisations to ensure the health and resiliance of the local environment from the pressure of industry and human action.
